Donor Outreach, Marketing, & Education

We use a combination of technology and print material to keep potential donors engaged in your mission and the benefits of planned giving techniques.

  • Create a custom planned giving website that is integrated with your main website. The new planned giving website will have a wealth of information about estate planning and details about the various types of planned gifts donors can make.

  • Send out a monthly eNews/email newsletter to your mailing list that is devoted to engaging potential donors about activities of your organization and educating them about how they can support your mission through planned gifts.

  • Do follow-up with potential donors who have shown interest through their interaction with the planned giving website and eNews.

  • Create content for print ads about planned giving for use in your print publications

  • Provide direct mail materials ads (cost of printing and mailing done by organization).

  • Create Social Media posts promoting planned giving.

  • Help you create a Legacy or Heritage Society to recognize those who do planned gifts.

  • Create a customized estate planning guide using photos that showcase your mission.

  • Help your board establish a gift acceptance policy.

  • Provide planned giving intent form for donors to notify you of their planned gifts.

Gift cultivation, solicitation, & stewardship

We don't just sit back and wait for potential donors to ask questions. We pair engaging them with technology with good old fashioned personal contact to cultivate their interest, answer questions, help them decide to make a gift, and then continued stewardship.

  • Unlimited one-on-one consultations with potential donors to answer their questions and help them along the path to making a planned gift.

  • Generate custom proposals and “What If” calculations for potential donors to help them see the impact of their gift on their estate, income taxes, etc.

  • Provide a turn-key system to offer Charitable Gift Annuities (CGAs).

  • Coordinate with fundraising and other staff on potential donors.

  • Participate in development meetings and other meetings of organization that will be helpful in helping the planned giving program.

  • Coordinate with donor tax, investment, and legal advisors

  • Provide continued stewardship of relationship after gift.

Quarterly Fee

$3750 per quarter with one year minimum to start with recommended scope of services described. Customized levels of service are available.
Travel and other out-of-pocket costs billed as incurred at actual cost

Technology provider/partner fee

$3500 annual fee
(this goes to the technology partner firm that I work with to build and maintain your custom planned giving website and provides tools for eNews email newsletters and website and eNews analytics).
Can use your current provider if you have an acceptable one in place.
